We opened our doors, sands and Loungers to our Guests in February 2022
The Philip Ann Resort having undergone a complete refurbishment & substantial new build , finally completed in February 2022 The Resort is directly located on the Anilao, Batangas Seafront, and we are accessible by Land, Motor Vehicle & Foot and less than a 2 hour drive from central Manila
Extensive Solar Power is available within the resort, along side a solid infrastructure ( Generators and deep well, along with homegrown organic foods. Our environmental footprint and sustainability is at the core of our beach resort ethics and values
